Replacement of broken wall and rolling mortar wall of cone crusher
When replacing the broken wall of the cone crusher and the wall of the rolling mortar, the wear of the fixed cone, adjusting ring, locking thread, counterweight and counterweight guard plate must be checked. If the wear is serious, replace with a new one, and then install the liner, which can reduce the time for secondary replacement and disassembly, saving time and effort. After the liner is installed, check whether the center of the liner is aligned, otherwise the liner will collide during operation, which will cause serious wear of the liner.
Replacement of mortar wall
The rolling mortar wall can be replaced on site. Unscrew the adjustment screw sleeve installed on the upper frame (note the counterclockwise rotation), remove the upper chamber hopper assembly, lift the adjustment screw sleeve with a lifting device, and remove the adjustment screw sleeve support plate bolts. The lower rolling mortar wall is replaced, the outer surface should be cleaned when assembling, the screw sleeve should be adjusted and the threaded surface should be greased, and then install and fix it in the reverse order.
The wall of the rolling mortar is fixed on the adjusting ring with a U-shaped screw, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined. When the wall of the rolling mortar is newly installed or replaced, the tightening condition should be checked after 6-8 hours of work. And tighten the U-shaped screws again.
Replacement of broken wall
The broken wall can be replaced on site. Lift out the main shaft components and place them on a solid support platform. Take care not to damage the moving cone and spherical surface. At the same time, block all oil holes with cloth to prevent dust and impurities from entering. Remove the distribution plate, lock the nut, and lock the washer in turn. , Fusible gasket, weld two lifting lugs on the old plate at a distance of 180°, then the broken wall can be lifted out, and the new wall can also be installed with two lifting lugs at the location 180° apart. , And then install it in the reverse order of disassembly, and cut off the two lifting lugs when it is finished.
The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a cone head. Zinc alloy is cast between the two. After the newly installed or replaced cone crushing wall has been working for 6-8 hours, the tightening condition should be checked and the looseness should be checked immediately. Fasten.
