Tin Bars

Tin bar is a product of soldering tin. Tin bar can be divided into leaded tin bar and lead-free tin bar, both of which are used for soldering circuit boards. Made of pure tin, good wettability and fluidity, easy to tin. The solder joints are bright, full, and will not be soldered. Add sufficient antioxidant elements, strong antioxidant capacity. It is made of pure tin with less tin dross, which can reduce unnecessary waste.

Leaded Tin Bars

Types of lead tin bars:
1、63/37 solder bars (Sn63/Pb37)
2、Electrolytic pure tin bar (electrolytic treatment of high-purity tin)
3、Antioxidant tin strip (add high antioxidant)
4、Wave solder bar (for wave soldering)
5、High temperature solder bar (welding above 400 degrees)

Features of lead tin bar:

Electrolytic pure tin, good wettability, fluidity, easy to tin.
The solder joints are bright, full, and will not be soldered.
Add sufficient antioxidant elements, strong antioxidant capacity.
Less tin dross, lower energy consumption, can reduce unnecessary waste.
Various performances are stable, suitable for wave crest or hand immersion furnace operation.

Lead-free Tin Bars

Types of lead-free tin bars:
1、Tin-copper lead-free tin bar (Sn99.3Cu0.7)
2、Tin, silver and copper lead-free tin bar (Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5)
3、0.3 silver lead-free solder bar (Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7)
4、Lead-free solder bar for wave soldering
5、High temperature lead-free solder bar (welding above 400 degrees)

Made of pure tin, good wettability and fluidity, easy to tin.
The solder joints are bright, full, and will not be soldered.

Advantages of Solder Bars

1. The amount of slag produced after melting is less than that of ordinary solder, and it has excellent oxidation resistance;
2. After melting, the viscosity is low, the fluidity is good, and the solderability is high, which is most suitable for the wave soldering process;
3. Since there are very few oxidized inclusions, it can minimize the sharpening and bridging phenomenon, the welding quality is reliable, and the solder joints are bright and full.
