    Low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication, and it is not easy to “bite” with the shaft even if the lubrication is insufficient;
    Moderate toughness, better impact resistance than lead bronze, but slightly lower strength than aluminum bronze;
    Strong resistance to seawater, fresh water and weakly corrosive media.
    Applicable scenarios:
    Medium and low speed, medium load rotation or reciprocating motion scenarios, such as machine tool spindles, gearbox bearings, and water pump sleeves;
    Wet environments or equipment in contact with water, such as ship propellers and water conservancy machinery;
    Occasions where lubrication conditions are not demanding (such as intermittent lubrication or grease lubrication environments).

    二. Lead bronze bushing
    Lead bronze increases the lead content (usually 5%-30%) on the basis of tin bronze. Lead exists in the alloy in a free state, playing the role of “solid lubricant”, with outstanding wear resistance and friction reduction.
    Typical grades:
    ZCuPb30 (30% lead, a small amount of tin)
    ZCuSn10Pb10 (10% tin, 10% lead)
    Performance characteristics:
    Excellent wear resistance, especially under boundary lubrication (insufficient lubrication) conditions;
    Extremely low friction coefficient, strong anti-bite, and small wear on the shaft;
    But the strength is low, the toughness is poor, it is not impact-resistant, and the presence of lead makes its corrosion resistance general (easy to be corroded by acidic media).
    Applicable scenarios:
    High-speed, low-load or medium-load sliding friction scenarios, such as automobile engine crankshaft bushings and air compressor bearings;
    Precision transmission parts that need to reduce shaft wear, such as machine tool gearboxes and textile machinery roller sleeves;
    Occasions where liquid lubrication is prohibited (or lubrication is difficult), such as food machinery (lead-free improved models that meet food-grade standards are required).

    三. Aluminum bronze bushing
    Aluminum bronze uses aluminum as the main alloying element (usually containing 8%-14% aluminum), and often adds elements such as iron and manganese. It is one of the strongest bronze materials.
    Typical grades:
    ZCuAl10Fe3 (containing 10% aluminum and 3% iron)
    ZCuAl9Mn2 (containing 9% aluminum and 2% manganese)
    Performance characteristics:
    High strength (tensile strength can reach more than 600MPa), high hardness, and better wear resistance than tin bronze;
    Strong corrosion resistance (especially resistant to seawater, high temperature oxidation and acidic media);
    But the self-lubrication is poor, the lubrication conditions are high, and the friction coefficient is slightly large.
    Applicable scenarios:
    Scenarios with high speed, heavy load or large impact load, such as hydraulic cylinders of engineering machinery, crane sleeves, and rolling mill bearings;
    Corrosive environments (such as marine engineering, chemical equipment, and acid wastewater treatment machinery);
    High temperature conditions (such as high-temperature transmission sleeves in metallurgical equipment).

    四. Manganese bronze bushing
    Manganese bronze uses manganese as the main alloying element (containing 10%-15% manganese), and has both high strength and good plasticity.
    Typical grade: ZCuMn13Al8Fe3 (containing 13% manganese, 8% aluminum, and 3% iron)
    Performance characteristics:
    The strength is close to that of aluminum bronze, with better toughness, and can withstand greater impact and vibration;
    It has good wear and corrosion resistance, especially stable performance under high stress.
    Applicable scenarios:
    Transmission parts that are subjected to severe vibration or impact loads, such as crusher sleeves and mining machinery gearboxes;
    Medium-high-speed, medium-heavy-load rotating shaft systems (such as ship propulsion shaft bushings).

    五. Silicon bronze bushing
    Silicon bronze uses silicon as the main alloying element (containing 1%-4% silicon), and its performance is close to that of tin bronze, but the cost is lower.
    Typical grade: ZCuSi3Mn1 (containing 3% silicon and 1% manganese)
    Performance characteristics:
    Good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, excellent welding performance;
    Medium strength, suitable for medium load scenarios.
    Applicable scenarios:

    Bronze bushing is a cylindrical or tubular mechanical part made of bronze as the main material.
