Phosphor Bronze is the alloy made from stanium and phosphor, it can be used to produce springs. The main uses of phosphor copper are wear parts and spring components, the connectors of computer and mobile phone, the connector assembly of high-tech industry, switch, rabbet of electronics, key, lead frame, vibrating disk and terminal, etc.
Phosphor Bronze is the mechanical material made from the bronze copper which is added the 0.03-0.035% degasifier Phosphor, 5-8% stannum and other microelements, just like the ferrum and zinc. And the malleability and fatigue resistance of Phosphor Copper are better than normal copper alloy products.
Tin-phosphor bronze has higher corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. The sparks will not be produced when the phosphor copper suffered impact. It can be used in intermediate speed, heavy loading bearings, and its working temperature is 250℃.
