High manganese steel lining Composition: 10%-14% manganese content, 1.0%-1.4% carbon content, and are austenitic steel.
Features: Excellent toughness. Work hardening will occur when subjected to strong impact or extrusion. The surface hardness will increase significantly (from HB200 to HB500 or more), but the core will still maintain toughness. Excellent impact resistance, suitable for processing large materials or high impact conditions (such as grate ball mills).
Limitations: In low-impact, low-stress wear environments (such as fine grinding stages), the work hardening effect is poor and the wear resistance is insufficient. High cost and poor welding performance (easy to crack).
Applicable Scenarios: coarse grinding and medium grinding stages, ball mills that process hard rocks such as granite and iron ore.
