Bimetal Clad Wear-Resistant Plate
Wear-resistant plate, namely bimetal clad wear-resistant steel plate, is a plate product specially used for large-area wear conditions. It is an alloy wear-resistant layer formed by surfacing welding on ordinary steel plate or heat-resistant steel plate or stainless steel plate with a volume fraction of more than 50% Cr7C3 carbides.
Wear-resistant plate has high wear resistance, impact resistance, deformation and weldability and other properties. It can be directly processed into engineering components like steel plate, such as crimping deformation, cutting and drilling, so as to meet the requirements of wear industry and mining.
The performance characteristics:
1) high wear resistance: wear test shows that the wear resistance of wear-resistant composite plate is more than 20 times higher than that of low carbon steel, more than 5 times higher than that of stainless steel and high manganese steel.
2) high impact resistance: due to the use of soft steel substrate, wear-resistant composite plate has a high impact resistance, fully reflects the advantages of composite material both wear resistance and impact resistance.
3) Convenient processing performance: wear-resistant surfacing composite steel plate can be deformed and welded, and can be easily processed into various wear-resistant parts like ordinary steel plate.
4) High performance price: Although the surface cost of wear-resistant surfacing composite plate is increased, the performance price is about 2~4 times higher than that of ordinary materials by taking into account the service life, maintenance cost and shutdown loss of parts.
Due to the reasonable use of materials, the price of wear-resistant surfacing composite plate is 50% lower than that of manual surfacing of the same material.
