KDZ-300 tunnel rig is a mechanical vertical shaft engineering core (integrated tower crane) tunnel rig.
It is suitable for underground ventilation, gas extraction and drainage holes, water prevention engineering,
engineering geological drilling, conventional rope core drilling, coal mine Water exploration,
hydropower engineering drilling, dam foundation grouting and drilling, geological survey and blasting drilling, etc.
Main Feature:
1. The transfer case, gearbox and clutch of mature GXY-2 and hydraulic chuck of XY-44A are used. The parts have good versatility.
- Adopt three-chuck clamping system. The upper chuck with automatic shackle can avoid damaging the drill pipe thread when the rig is unloading; the main chuck rotates stably and reliably; drilling upwards, the lower chuck plays a protective role to prevent the drill pipe in the hole from slipping.
- The torque of 4000Nm ensures the implementation of large-diameter (through-hole diameter Φ93mm) and long-distance drilling process. Because the rig is mechanically rotating, the energy of impact start is large, so it has a very good performance when there are accidents in holes such as submerged drills and hold drills.
- The rig has more (8-speed) speed stages and a reasonable speed range. It is suitable for both engineering geological survey and diamond core drilling. It also has two speeds of reversing speed, which is not labor-intensive and safe when dealing with accidents in holes.
- Built-in lifting and rotating device, after a single lifting of the whole machine, it can rotate from 0 to 360 °, and the whole machine can realize three-dimensional drilling at any angle.
- The 4 hydraulic props randomly arranged can realize all-round angle adjustment, and realize safe and fast fixing of the rig.
- In addition to S59, S75, S95, BQ, NQ, and HQ rope drill rigs, rigs are also suitable for Φ50 and Φ60 ordinary wire drill rods.
8. The drilling rig also has a step-by-step walking device, which can move in all directions in conjunction with the lifting and lowering of the rotary oil cylinder, which greatly reduces the labor force.
9. Equipped with tower crane integrated drilling tower (optional for users), users can adjust it according to the size of the underground tunnel, each section is 0.5 meters, and it can also be removed and not used.
