How Much Do You Know About Jaw Plates For Jaw Plates?

1.The Working Mechanism of Jaw plate of jaw crusher:

The working mechanism of jaw crushers is composed of moving jaw and fixed jaw working cavity. Moving jaw plates and fixed jaw sheet bear huge crushing force and material friction, easy to wear out, in order to protect the jaw plates. Generally installed in the surface of moving jaw and fixed jaw wear-resistant lining plates, this kind of surface usually made of tooth shape lining plates is also known as broken teeth plates.

At work,the wear speed of the upper and lower parts for the crushing tooth plates is not the same.The wear of lower parts is much faster than the upper  parts. During the operation, the crushing tooth plates have direct contact with the material and bear a lot of crushing force and material friction.  Thus, the service life of the crushing tooth plates are directly related to the working efficiency and the production cost of the jaw crushers. Therefore, prolonging  the service life of jaw crusher tooth plates is particularly important.To extend the service life of jaw crusher teeth plate can be considered from the aspects of design, material selection, inspection and improvement in the process of use.

2.Heat-treatment of Mn Steel Jaw Plates

After casting, the Manganese steel crushing tooth plates should be processed by water toughening, which heats the cast manganese steel crushing tooth plates to 1 000~1 100 ℃ and then cools down quickly in water.Even the austenite microstructure can be obtained after water toughening treatment, and the microstructure can be fixed.

3.Inspection of Jaw Plates:

On Nov.3,2019,all inspection for jaw plates was done.

The sizes of jaw plates are 997x 698 x 71mm, 1000x778x68mm.

The material grade of jaw plates is Ni-hard 4-600.The hardness is ≥HB600.

The Jaw Plates chemical composition is as below:
