1.4112 – AISI 440B is designed to provide stainless properties with excellent hardness. In some respects it behaves similary to tool steel. 1.4112 – AISI 440B resists corrosion from mild atmospheres, fresh water steam, ammonia, many petroleum products and organic materials and several mild acid environments.

1. In August 2018, we made a batch of 1.4112 martensite stainless steel sleeves for Vietnamese customers.

2.The difficulty lies in the machining wall thickness of 10mm and the drilling of 64 holes. Through the special machining process.The difficulty of j9ag of thin-walled pipe is overcome and the requirements of drawings are successfully met.Through solid solution treatment, the hardness reaches HRC55 and the matrix is martensite which has good strength.

3. This is our new customer. Within two weeks of communication, the customer recognized our professionalism and price and placed the sample order.This is a good start, showing our company “through sincere cooperation with customers to establish sincere friendship” customer development concept.
